Happy March!

This past month at ClaimsFlow, we rolled out several updates designed to make converting and reviewing PDF estimates faster and easier.

First, we continued improving our PDF → ESX conversion engine, making it faster, more accurate, and more reliable.

We also launched a new set of Estimate Intelligence features designed to help you quickly navigate and understand your counterparty’s estimate.

Thank you for being part of ClaimsFlow. We really appreciate it. If you have any questions or feedback, we'd love to hear from you.

February PDF to ESX Performance

What's New:

1. Project Tree (Navigate the Loss):

Large losses can be difficult to navigate. You can now see the full Xactimate project tree directly in your ClaimsFlow dashboard, making it easier to quickly move between rooms and areas.

For large losses with dozens of rooms (e.g. 10 kitchens), this can save a lot of time compared to reviewing a flat PDF list.

2. To Review (Find Items That Need Your Attention):

The "To Review" panel now surfaces specific line items that deserve special attention.  This includes:

  • Green Items — Custom or modified line items.

  • Bid Items — Items for outside invoices.

  • ITEL — Independently priced items.

Instead of hunting through a 300-page PDF for custom items, ClaimsFlow now highlights these items for easy review.

3. Search & Filter (Navigate the Estimate with Ease)

Quickly find line items within large estimates. You can now filter by trade (plumbing, painting, demolition) or search by description or code to locate exactly what you're looking for.
