January Updates: Less Rework and Better Workflow Integration

This past month, we made improvements to our PDF to ESX Conversion Engine, designed to help you reduce manual rework, improve trade accuracy, and better integrate ClaimsFlow into your workflow.

PDF to ESX Preferences (Customize Your Workflow)

In ClaimsFlow, you can now personalize your PDF to ESX conversions to fit your unique workflow, reducing manual cleanup and repetitive adjustments. 

Set your profile type (Carrier or Contractor), and choose whether to include depreciation, labor minimums, and F9 notes in your converted projects.

 You can access under the "Settings" tab in the top right of the platform

Smarter Trade Selection (Less Rework)

We improved our trade selection engine so that items are placed in the correct trade automatically.

This means less manual cleanup and estimates that better align with the original PDF.
