October Updates: Converting Smarter

Happy November!

Another big month at ClaimsFlow. We welcomed many new users to the platform.

With new file types and use-cases, we released a number of updates to make our Conversion Engine smarter and more adaptable.

PDF to ESX Performance Report

A few highlights:

• Custom Line Items. We now convert non-standard line items – e.g. “Air mover - 4 units / 3 days”, “Decon. Chamber”.
  
  

• Deprecated Line Items. Our platform now recognizes and converts older price list descriptions.
  
  

• Auditing Improvements. We added unconverted line items (e.g. custom LIs) to the ESX as a Misc. Item placeholder to make file audits easier.

On the front end:

• Team Access. We’ve added multi-user capabilities in the dashboard.
  
  

• Expanded Support. We rolled out live chat support for questions and feedback.

Lastly, we created a referral program. We appreciate your help spreading this tool to friends and colleagues.
